Frontier's heavily mechanised foundry is equipped with electric arc and induction furnaces that are capable of melting 22,000 MT per annum.

We have modern core-making and moulding facilities. Frontier is equipped with a High Pressure Moulding Line with DISA SAM 60 intensive mixer which has the capacity of 20 moulds per hour & a No Bake Line. Frontier's infrastructure is capable of manufacturing 18,000 MT of steel annually.

Frontier has an ultra-modern automatic investment casting facility for a smoother finish and improved quality of final product. We have the manufacturing capacity of 1440 MT annually. 

Our in-house heat treatment facility has the capacity of 20,000 MT per annum with steel quenching along with tempering & austempering facility with the capacity of  2500 MT per annum. Our state -of-the art equipment includes an American burner with 8 zone temperature mapping facility.

Frontier is equipped with an advanced workshop that consists of CNC 5-axis Plano-Miller, CNC 5-axis Plasma Cutting Machinery with Baveling facility, Plasma Cutting Machine with Stress Relieving facility,  7-axis Robotic Welding facility and others. This allows our product to have a rigid, strong and tougher finish.

Frontier is equipped with cutting edge computer numerical control machineries. This has created flexibility in our manufacturing abilities whilst allowing attention to detail and faster running time.
